You are not paying a platform fee
Booking sites add a service fee on top of the nightly rate for guests, and take a cut from hosts as well. That money does not go into the cabin, the linen, the hot tub or the game room. It goes to the platform. Booking direct removes that layer, which is why our best available rates are here rather than anywhere else.
You are talking to the people who own the cabin
When you message us, you reach us. Not a call centre, not a queue, not an agent reading from a script who has never seen the property. If you want to know whether the pickleball court works for a nine-year-old, whether the drive is manageable in a large vehicle, or which bedroom is quietest, we can actually tell you.
Requests are easier to accommodate
Early check-in, a late departure, a cot, arranging a private chef for your first night, advice on which day to do the railway. All of that is a straightforward conversation with us. Through a platform it is a support ticket.
The booking itself is no harder
This is the part people worry about, and it is unfounded. You check availability, choose your dates and reserve in a few clicks, with secure payment. It takes about as long as it would anywhere else.
What does not change
The cabin. Same six bedrooms, same 4,600 square feet, same six private acres, same indoor pickleball court and game room. Booking direct does not get you a different property. It gets you the same one, usually for less, with the hosts on the other end of the message.
